Federal push reel mower

Is anyone familiar with a "Federal" make or model of push reel mower that would have been manufactured in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada?

I'm aware that there was an American brand of the same name that made a manual sidewheel mower marketed by Brussels agent John H. Graham, circa 1920, but I'm not sure if there is a connection.

The Eureka Planter Co. Ltd., manufactured push reel mowers in Woodstock around 1904-52, but I haven't come across "Federal" as being one of the names of models it made.

Hello Dave

Sorry unable to help, just to let you know I have done a bit of research but no results, I know we have had some difficulty in establishing true identities of mowers from Canada in the past & indeed a lack of members in Canada doesn't help, with around 10 members in the USA,  Jim Ricci being our expert out there, may be worth checking with him  jricci@reellawnmower.com

Good luck

Thanks, Clive. I have checked with Jim Ricci, but it's not a Canadian-made name that he's familiar with. So, for the time being it remains a mystery.
