Looking for info about Banner W50 push mower

Can anyone help with information about an old push mower that has 'BANNER' and 'W50' on the cast wheels. I found it amongst some old farm equipment on our property and despite a search on the Internet could not find any information about it such as when this brand of mower was produced. Any help gratefully received.

Hi,

I've drawn a blank in all the usual places looking for this one so I imagine that it is probably a badged or "catalogue" mower meaning that it was produced by one of the major manufacturers and then rebadged for sale under a different name.
