Hi folks,

My name's Lew, I'm a blind mower restorer and love spending as much time as possible, restoring and refurbing lawnmowers back to life. Mainly just so that they can continue their lives as working equipment and in cases resurrecting from the dead so they can tell their own stories.

I do all my work by feel and have worked on a number of machines. mainly from the 60's upwards and an old atco 2 stroke or two in my time. I'm only a young lad but have a passion for this since I was about 8 or 9. I always loved the design of lawn mowers and equipment and had my head in the books for years, reading a d researching designs, configurations and more. I lost my sight some years back so I just see black but that's no problem.

I find doing this is something I love doing. The funny thing is, I have a serious addiction to redesigning mowers and some new designs. of course all in my mind as tactile ideas and mathematical plans. So this is me.

Thanks for reading this.

Lew.

P.S: I'm looking for some help please. Around here, I've run out of resources to find a lawn mower destined for a new life. Would anyone be able to help me source an old machine which could do with a bit of love and affection? even old spare parts, etc would be great.

Cheers.
