Federal push reel mower

Is anyone familiar with a "Federal" make or model of push reel mower that would have been manufactured in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada?

I'm aware that there was an American brand of the same name that made a manual sidewheel mower marketed by Brussels agent John H. Graham, circa 1920, but I'm not sure if there is a connection.

The Eureka Planter Co. Ltd., manufactured push reel mowers in Woodstock around 1904-52, but I haven't come across "Federal" as being one of the names of models it made.

Hello Dave

Sorry unable to help, just to let you know I have done a bit of research but no results, I know we have had some difficulty in establishing true identities of mowers from Canada in the past & indeed a lack of members in Canada doesn't help, with around 10 members in the USA,  Jim Ricci being our expert out there, may be worth checking with him

Good luck

Thanks, Clive. I have checked with Jim Ricci, but it's not a Canadian-made name that he's familiar with. So, for the time being it remains a mystery.
