Folbate J1 blades removal

I am restoring a Folbate J1 mower and I'm having difficulty removing the blades.

I have seen YouTube videos of similar models where the gear/cog than engages with the teeth inside the mower's wheels, slides off fairly easily, but I cannot remove them on my mower.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I stripped mine down about three years ago but don't remember the details so I am sorry not to be able to help but hopefully someone will be along who knows.

Maybe if you said what you have done so far to remove them and how you are doing it may help.
